"The online express checkin did not work and so there was a long line at checkin. We had a strip facing room which was an okay view but we were watned about lud music from the Carnival Bar below until late at night. They offered to move us but for an upgrade fee. The music was loud but didnt bother us. The resort fee are $56 per night. Way to high for wifi and the gym. The wifi was great but never saw the gym. This fee is non-negotiable as I was told at the guest services. Great location but will...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
