"Gorgeous beach view, clean and comfortable room. A little outdated, but that doesn’t detract from the stay at all. Only suggestion is to put shower curtain liners in - the bathroom in the king room had a mesh panel at the top of the curtain and the water went right through it and flooded the bathroom floor. We wound up turning the shower head towards to wall and showered facing the curtain to minimize the water on the floor. But overall we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!"

"Carpets in the room were very dirty. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom mirror was not cleaned. The shower also only kept the water hot for about five minutes and then it turned to cold water. Sheets were uncomfortable and stained."

"Location was under construction and balconies was wrapped in plastic. Check in staff was rude and not friendly at all. Acted like an inconvenience. "

"The hotel was under construction which was one mess. The areas not under construction were also very dirty, including the room we rendered. The bath tubs had not been washed and the floors were dirty. The staff did not speak English well. They also charge for parking $12 a day (note optional) and insurance $50 non refundable or $250 refunded a day after check out. It was over all just really bad and very expensive. We came very close to leaving hours after arrival. Terrible experience."

"The ocean views were nice. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were really nice. The room was clean but our bathroom sink was clogged from day one. Also the heating in our room was super loud. Overall, the hotel was overpriced for what it was. "
