"Staff were incredibly friendly, room was clean and nice Nice and quiet as well. Breakfast was really good in the morning and included in the price. A very close walk to the old town going thru the half timbered houses. Was about a 15 minute walk to the central train station as well. Would stay here again!"

My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always helpful, whether at reception or in the restaurant. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the on-site golf facilities were top-notch. "One day no hot water in shower and poor wifi"

"I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."
