"Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave were nice to have. MWe were there for a quick overnight stay on our way to see family, so didn’t need many of the amenities. Would definitely stay again."

"Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet was difficult to flush. Shampoo/soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower head had hidden shutoff that was challenging to figure out. Room was extremely noisy."

"The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard."

"After a late night arrival, room had the dreaded double whammy: broken tv , and the shower didn’t drain. My husband & his friend couldn’t get any money back because I’d booked it for them through Expedia. And my husband said there was a wasted woman negotiating her talents in the lobby. (Condoms only apparently). Yikes. Expedia and Hampton Inn - you both disappoint me."

"This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a balcony overlooking a small lake with beautiful “Waterbirds”. We had no housekeeping services so no clean towels and no additional coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine. Also had to lug suitcases up stairs because there was...

"This is downtown and they charge $50 to park in their secure area. The room I had was old but cool and roomy, unfortunately the linens had blood stains. Plenty of dining areas close by and the Rock & Roll HOF is daily close by and where we went. The front desk and valet were all super nice and helpful too."
