We loved our quiet and cozy stay in the woods. The hotel seems like a throwback to the 70's with dark wood and wallpaper. We loved it. The pool and sauna were great. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend for a cozy retreat.

Staff was great and the property had a unique lodge type feel. It was also very close to the Indiana Dunes National and State parks. Only downside is that it desperately needs some maintenance and updating.

Lovely place, nice porch overlooking the forest, decent breakfast with eggs, cheese omelet, mini sausages, waffles, yogurt, apples, pastries, oatmeal, condiments. Kudos for sauna, I used it, wrecked my phone screen by the heat but that's fine, I'll avoid exposing it to heat next time
