"My wife and I had a suite which was very large, but the bathroom was extremely small. Good shower, but the rest of the bathroom was very cramped with only room for one shaving kit. No room for another person’s toiletries. There was a dedicated bedroom and a dedicated sitting area, but no divider between the two. You couldn’t watch tv without waking the other person up. The bed was comfortable. The room just had a lot of wasted space that could have been better utilized. I ordered room service...

"When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...

"The room was clean. But when I asked about getting towels (I didnt know you had to ask for housekeeping every day), we went to leave and there were towels on the floor outside our door. No one knocked to let us know. I informed the front desk and the lady told me I could have just used them. Um, id rather have clean towels. Not ones that have been on the floor. I can understand paying for breakfast during the week, but with it being so busy on the weekends, it would have been nice to have...

"Absolute amazing experience! Had a test at a nearby medical center and stayed here overnight to recover. Everything was perfect… food, hospitality, location, safety, value, and customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough!!"

"Website stats there is a whirlpool onsite, there is not. Supposed to serve pasties and such for Breakfast 6:00-9:00 am, 845am no pastries not staff to serve. Complimentary coffee all day was cold."

"This is an exceptional hotel that is more than worth the money. The food was excellent and was a part of the room stay. We had a supper buffet and breakfast buffet. It wasn’t just donuts. It was a full buffet for both. The rooms were exceptionally clean. They smelled fresh. The staff was welcoming and checked on us. It was just a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again. "Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much"

"Needs updating and refrigerators in rooms. Great location for Santa Claus World. You’ll have to do research on areas to eat and drive too unless, you want pizza or subway. We visited the end of June beginning of July and all the stores closed around 5:00."
