"Appreciate hotels.com working with us when hotel was overbooked and our room we had booked was no longer available. They have offered to reimburse us for the extra cost under the duress we experienced. Sometimes difficult situations arise, most important is how they are handled. Thank you."

8/10 Good
"Front desk is not staffed after 10pm we arrived at 11 and were able to get into the lobby to see window closed and signage about calling 500 on the house phone but no house phone visible in lobby. It was on the wall back in the vestibule between the doors. Left slightly confused for about 60 seconds. Process needs to be better signed or lobby door locked with a sign. All good after that."
