"The hotel and room were just okay. Needs updating including paint and hallway carpets. Tv remote did not work and neither did the alarm clock. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Definitely not worth $300 a night but overall fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice."

"We did like the layout of our room in that had separate seating/TV area, a wetbar, sink & desk. The bathing facilitiies & 'make-up areas were also separate, which made access convenient."

"A wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel only 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms were quiet and had a nice kitchenette great for longer stays. Would definitely again the next time we’re in Indy!"

"Don’t judge a book by its cover… or location. The reviews are true. Although an older motel type property, the rooms have been completely remodeled with updates that make it a wonderful overnight stay. It is a small space, but perfect for a couple. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, and super clean."

"Parking was safe and convenient. Room was extremely clean. Shower and water pressure was wonderful. Location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel….and, I don’t usually highly recommend Best Western Plus Hotels(I normally say “all was good” and leave it at that). "
