"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."

"The second floor was undergoing renovation and the guy was working in the hall until 2200 Friday night. And on Saturday morning. Unacceptable. Room 217 was great. Beds were wonderful. Thanks front desk folks."

"I liked the location as it is close to downtown, this is the reason I booked the hotel. However, felt as if I booked well ahead of time to allow my room to be located in building where the pool is not in the back building. I am very upset that I received a text message at 7am asking me when I was going to check out!! I have significant issues sleeping and had just fallen back to sleep! Hotels in my opinion should allow a lay in and don’t text me at 7:00 am!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was all bread...

"The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town."

"The family absolutely loved it, this was are 2nd trip to Pensacola. The staff help us find some amazing restaurants. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who checked us in but she is amazing, she was very informative, help us with when places would be busy and which ones would be good with kids. "Room was pretty nice! I really loved that it had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable but a little soft and squeaky, bathroom was nice and clean. When we first arrived they already had the room cooled so overall my experience was pleasant. Staff was great they were nice and responded to my requests for towels etc., would stay here again!"

"We needed a room super last minute and Pensacola Hotel had exactly what we needed. The counter clerk Destiny's was super polite, professional, and extremely helpful. We are very grateful for the accommodation. The room was perfect for what we needed at a great price."

"Rooms are small and on weekends it is extremely noisy if you are in the back near the bar and live bands. Parking is also limited on weekends for people that come to see the bands play take all the hotel parking and If you are paying to stay there you have nowhere to park. Rooms are nice and the AC works great. Our bathroom it was hard to use the restroom and close the door at the same time as cramped as it was. If you aren't the party type and want to go to bed at a decent hour you better...
