"We had a great and very comfortable room with 3 Q-beds, perfect for 3 unrelated adults of differing genders. The only negative to the room was the lack of drawer space for clothing. Though there was a closet to hang things, the only options otherwise were a shelf below each night stand, and two shelves in the cabinet holding the refrigerator and microwave. We basically had to live out of our suitcases while we were there. . Breakfast was abundant and easy. The hotel permits pets, and though the sign on the door to the dining area read "No Pets", someone brought in their small dog, carrying it, as they went through the buffet line. There is a pool and coin-op laundry, but we didn't use them."

"The lobby and rooms were well maintained and clean. Daytime hotel staff was professional and friendly. Nighttime staff, although may have been doing his job, was curt when inquired about the bar (closed) and fire pit access (“if it’s on. Otherwise, I don’t have the key for it.” A bunch of us sat on the front porch that evening but many retreated early as the temperatures dropped. Although our stay (6/24-6/25/26) was brief, not having access to anything except for our room, lobby, porch, and hallway seating, the lack of access to reasonable accommodations was disappointing."

"Overall, our stay was good but not great which we expect from a Marriott hotel. We waited approximately 5–10 minutes at the check-in counter because both front desk associates were occupied—one was assisting another guest while the other was on the phone. While we understand that staff can be busy, neither acknowledged our presence or let us know they would be with us shortly. A simple greeting or "We'll be with you in a moment" would have made the wait feel more welcoming. I also felt that the interaction could have been warmer; a smile and a friendlier demeanor would have enhanced the overall guest experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, but with only one waffle maker available, a long line quickly formed. Adding a second waffle maker, if feasible, would help reduce wait times and improve the breakfast experience for guests. The fitness center was well maintained and a nice amenity. However, the indoor pool was quite small, and the water temperature was colder than expected. As a result, my children did not want to stay in the pool for more than a few minutes. For the money we pay to stay at a Marriot hotel, there is definitely room for improvement."
