"Gräslig upplevelse. Det rum vi betalat för var iordningställt men andra gäster bodde där. Värdinnan ljög och hävdade att det var en vattenskada. Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. "House on pedestrian street in old town, so close to places to see. Very comfy room with small roof terrace and use of kitchen. Met at house on arrival by owner's daughter, who was very helpful. Found free parking, but 5 minutes walk away. Ruvo was a pleasant town and good to explore. Quite close to Castel del Monte and Bari."
