"When you first walk into the lobby, you think this should be a top-tier type of atmosphere.
Got to the room, one lamp was rusted and old enough that I was worried about getting shocked if I even tried to turn it on.
The AC, it only works after the lights go out and the temperature drops outside.
The shower, I guess they want the bathroom floors mopped as there were no shower curtains.
Breakfast was great.
And the one side door near our room is constantly left open and propped open. The doors to the room, the deadbolts don't work, and if you don't actually push or pull it closed, it will accidentally open without notice.
Mattresses, you can feel every single spring in them.
The microwave hadn't been cleaned in ages. You're welcome. I did it for you so I could heat my food.
The floors in the room, sticky. Climbed out of the shower (with no curtain, of course), walked to the bed to get some clean clothes, soles of my feet already black and sticky. We had to march right back to the shower and kept crocs on the entire time.
Should've stayed down the road a little further at Holiday Inn.
And don't forget the $50 incidental, but they will only refund $46 cause of an unannounced $2 per day access to the in-room safe (that we never used). Response: "I'll have to see what my manager can do."
Lastly, not to mention the possible adult deeds going on in there, maybe that's why that door kept being propped open. Same two women, every couple of hours with different men."
