"Overall the hotel was excellent, but the time we stayed there the gym was closed and we had planned to use it. Also the cleaning staff didn't replace some items, such as we had 3 people, but were only given one wash cloth and had to ask for more and the second day, there was no replacement of coffee supplies for the room coffee maker."

It then only gets better as you are greeted by an amazing attentive staff and the calming blue decor takes you even deeper. It has now become my hotel of choice when in Asheville."

"One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very much worth the price. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of road noise, but it died down around 10pm. The elevators are operated using your room key and a touch screen, which took some getting used to. I can't wait for my next trip to Asheville so I can stay here again."

"Excellent stay. Lots to do at the estate. Room was nice but would be more welcoming with some artwork on the walls. Our room did not have much of a view but we were mostly out and about."

"Absolutely loved my stay! It’s a quiet hotel about 10 minutes from the entry to The Biltmore Estate. The room was great! Bed was comfortable and no issues at all with housekeeping, The free breakfast was good- not a lot of variation but they did have good sausage gravy/sausage each day and waffles. Coffee was pretty good, too- definitely a step above other continental breakfasts at other hotels. Staff very accommodating and parking is safe and a breeze. Would recommend changing the yogurt option though- Dannon is grainy, but that’s a personal thing. It will definitely be my go-to hotel when I visit Asheville. I go every year so that’s a plus!"

"Nice stay, walking distance to Pack park. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, only thing if you want hot water need to take shower in evening. The water is barely warm in the mornings. Other than that stay was good."
