"The room was adequate for a short stay, but there were several things that could be improved. The bathroom needed attention, as the toilet felt loose and moved when used. While it was nice that laundry facilities were available on-site, guests need to bring quarters to use them. I also wish there had been an outdoor area or designated space to air-dry clothes, but that was not available. The room appeared to be vacuumed, but the carpet felt old and not particularly clean, making me wonder how...

"I liked that it was close to the hospital where my mother was getting surgery. I liked that the hotel had an eating option. The price to eat and drink was rather high but I liked that it was on site. The room was okay but definitely not as clean as I'd like it. Some updating is needed. But i needed it for sleep so it was okay."

"Rooms were not ready until later in the day. Pics are a little nicer than actual state of property. Closer to ocean than pics make it seem. Freezer was iced over. Little errors like that. Wifi slow. They grouped everyone in one area in an empty hotel. AC fan was only on or off. Not auto. TV was good, but, no HBO etc."

"When we checked in the customer service asked excessive unnecessary personal questions of my guest and myself. Never had such foolishness before in my life of traveling. Our phone services were out the window and could only make calls if their Wi-Fi allowed us to do so. Horrible experience for the weekend. The elevator went out and we had to take the stairs. The washcloths were soiled and we had to ask for more. We had to get the desk clerk to turn the television because the remote did not...

"This hotel was very clean and a perfect location- right on the beach. They had bicycles and beach chairs that we were able to check out for the day at no charge. The only cons were the lady that checked us in was a little on the rude side at first but she got friendlier as time went by. The remote to the tv did not work but we did not spend too much time in the room so that was not a big deal but overall it was a fantastic place and I would stay there again."

"Staff 5 star and so helpful . Needed extra pillows was brought to room quickly . Asked for coffee and was made promptly , and so good ! If in area again I certainly would stay again Room could use extra mirror perhaps in front of desk as it's difficult to get ready to go out when only one to use ."
