"Clean but not behind furniture - someone had unplugged the clock so I moved the nightstand and it was absolutely filthy behind it. Gross! Beds were fresh clean and comfortable. I figured out why they unplugged the clock no matter what you had it set on it made a humming static noise - annoying! The hairdryer didn't work and the plumbing struggled. "Place was under renovation. First floor totally gutted and littered with construction debris. Had to walk through there to get to elevator. Stayed on third floor which was new and nice. Felt unsafe as one door on the floor being renovated was propped open. We were not informed of any of this at the time of reservation and no discount was offered. "

The AC in the room was a little noisy, I could hear people talking from outside, having earplugs to sleep was helpful. The place feels more like a retreat. Besides the noise, it felt peaceful. No TV in the bedroom. "
