Had my hand out to receive my money, she laid on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. The building needed cleaning on the outside. I tried finding another hotel, but non wasn’t available. In other words I was disappointed at the condition of the place."

"we booked a double but when we arrived were told there was only a king available. however, when i walked around the building for exercise in the evening, there seemed to be plenty of doubles unoccupied. the second bed was a couch pullout with no sheets on the stained mattress and no blanket, the doors didn't fit well with lots of light showing all around, there was no switch for the fan in the bathroom, there were 2 tvs but only 1 remote. little things like that made us decide we need to be...
