"Where to begin?!? The location is in the middle of an industrial estate. When we arrived my Russian speaking girlfriend said the staff were not very helpful. The room was boiling hot, had to sleep on top of the covers or even open the window to -15*c to not be boiled alive, WiFi didn't work in the room, there was no toilet roll and no towels, had to request these. The sauna that is shown in the ad is not included in the price, need to pay an extra 800 rubles for this and the small pool. I paid...
