"My expectations were low. It’s like going to a movie you think will be a stinker and it actually turns out to be good. This place was so much fun. It’s near 200-years old and you can tell in a few places. The floors are horribly out of level. They are like a rolling hill and from max to min, I would guess 18inches. "We had a great stay here, friendly staff, wonderful sheets and towels, dated but clean and charming. Bring an eye mask though, miniblinds only, no black out curtains, so it was bright when the sun came up. And the A/C worked well but cycled off and on all night so it was disruptive to have the noise going off and on as well."
