"Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year."

"I really love this place. I go to the cape every year and I always stay here!! The property is beautiful and very close to beaches and lovely restaurants with gorgeous scenery. On the property they have a pool during season and a lovely duck pond that I love to go sit near. The staff are wonderful people and the rooms are absolutely fantastic, some rooms have a deck as well which is always nice and the rooms come with Ac which is always nice during the hot summer seasons"

"This waterfront property features a main building that houses the lobby, restaurant, and lighthouse, along with several cottages spread across the grounds. Most of the cottages offer at least partial views of the water. While the exteriors appear a bit dated, the interiors are well maintained — especially considering the year-round exposure to salty sea air and harsh winter snow. "We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love."

"Short review: 5/5 stars for a motel. Spacious, clean & well equipped rooms. Extra furniture in the room. Value addition, every room had a cute little patio looking over a landscaped cozy backyard with chairs, fireplace, BBQ grill & corn-hole. This is a unique touch. Also has a indoor pool & hot tub which we didn’t get a chance to use."
