"Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again."

"The Falmouth Inn is in a great location, especially if you're taking the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard—it's just a short walk away. Overall, the hotel appeared reasonably clean, but it had a slightly worn, not-quite-clean feel. "Arrived at 1:30pm and was told I could check in early for a $25 fee! No thanks. Sat by the pool that was green. Pool towels were paper thin. Front desk staff was confrontational. Room king bed only had 3 hard pillows, no extra blankets in the room. Only two sets of towels .. toilet barely flushed and no hot water for shower. Remote control had no back piece to cover batteries and most outlets did not work. Breakfast was less than appealing. I would not recommend staying here .. there are far...

"Updated, spacious, easily accessed. Has a pool. Adequate parking. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs. The towels are thin and outdated. Otherwise all else was comfortable and good. "

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...
