"Best room when you arent planning to stay inside most of your stay. The bed was super comfy. They give you a white noise machine which helped me a lot since I cant stand sleeping in silence. The only issue was the long check in— not the staff member’s fault. Super close to the subway."

"I was placed in the first floor when I expressed concern of being so close to the exit (being that I was a female staying alone), they expressed i had to stay either on the first floor or basement since I had a pet. I asked why and they stated it was simply policy. I was woken up at 2am and 3am both nights by loud staff members from the lobby and woken up by 6am for breakfast set up. I had to ask the lobby staff to keep it down at 2:30am my last night as I was unable to fall asleep to their...
