"I had a very disappointing experience with the airport shuttle service. It took the shuttle driver an hour and a half to pick me up from the airport. During that time, I called the hotel at least six times to ask for an update, and each time I was simply told that the driver was “on the way.” It was 3:00 a.m., and being left waiting that long with no accurate information was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the hotel improves its shuttle service and communication with guests."

"Perfect location for the LIRR and subway J specifically. Neighborhood a little rough. The hotel awesome then you walk outside. The city is constantly cleaning unfortunately doesn't stay like that. The staff does amazing for keeping clean the breakfast team they all work so hard. Biggest hiccup 1 elevator was down so we only had 1 elevator the othere for staff it was a very very long wait."

"Overnight stay. Spacious room. Kind staff. Gerry was very polite. No microwave in the room, but breakfast area had one that could be use and it was clean. The fridge was a vintage 50's-60's pull handle style."

"On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!"

"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."
