The complimentary coffee in the mornings was really good; the only downside is that this hotel does not have complimentary breakfast included. The shuttle service is a plus and very convenient a ride to the nearby JFK airport."

"Perfect hotel when in a pinch. It was the closest, most cost effective option for an unexpected, same day reservation. Overall, the hotel is outdated. The shuttle doesn’t pick up at the airport so leave extra time to commute via the AirTran which is where the shuttle transits to. Fire alarm went off in my room because of steam from the shower which I found unusual. I took the alarm off the ceiling and reinstalled when the steam cleared. Alarm went off again. "I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The pictures on the website were misleading, as the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. The staff was friendly, but they were also uninformed about our stay and the changes we requested when we asked to change rooms. The manager was never present, and the Roof Bar and access were closed. The “coffee bar” was just a Kursk, which is not an actual bar. "
