Chose Comfort Inn for our brief stay because of ease in getting back and forth to JFK (included), and they were spot on with their established pick-up / drop times. The front desk also hooked us up with a Rockaway Taxi driver that virtually became our private driver around Howard Beach anytime between 1800 - 0600hrs, for 3 nights! "All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hourly shuttle was perfect to get to and from the airport plus plenty of parking on site (and next door) - which is hard to find at hotels near the airport. Our room was clean and appointed very well, just what we needed for the one night we stayed there. "Staff was kind and helpful. Our room looked clean but there were black stains on the bedsheets and overall it was very humid / moist in the room that it smelled bad. Was disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms considering this is a Marriott and the price we paid."

When I pulled back the top sheet, it was heavily wrinkled and did not appear to have been freshly washed. The condition of the sheets, combined with the cookie crumbs, gave the impression that the bed had already been used before my arrival."
