"Disappointed in the spa/swimming pool, hot tub making very peculiar sounds and steam room very small…stayed here about 2 years ago and it’s deteriorated since then in my opinion! Hardly any waiting staff so had a long wait on evening food, went elsewhere for food on second night! Breakfast we were constantly waiting on more of items to be replenished, lunch I asked for a refund as panini and wrap came out burnt. For the prices charged I was highly disappointed and won’t be returning again!!!!"

"I was disappointed with our stay at Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. Check-in was very slow, and there were groups of teenagers hanging around the lobby which didn’t create the best first impression. Our room had no air conditioning, which was particularly uncomfortable during the 35°C heat. When I asked at reception for a fan, I was simply told they had all been distributed around the hotel, so there wasn’t one available. As our room was on the ground floor, we couldn’t safely leave the windows...
