Room was lovely and clean. And staff were helpful, however check in and check out was off site up the road, as was the dining area for the included breakfast. Felt like this was not clear on the listing. Air con did not work well either.

We liked the bathroom ,king size bed and the fact that it was at a golf club. Sporties meal was good would stay again if back in Cobram

The property was ok for we wanted a clean room However the bed was not level in the middle it was very uncomfortable Breakfast you had to go sporties club down the road Which was also ok Staff were fabulous

SPOOKY !!!!

The club house was abandoned, there was NOBODY there !! We eventually found our way to the Golf Club next door, they checked us in, gave us the key and confirmed there was NOBODY there. The room was fantastic, but it felt isolated and a bit spooky. The room doors were open to the carpark and therefore felt very unsafe. Did not look like this on their web site, the rooms were as per the pics on hotels.com

Got to the property but no-one there to get keys. Found a sign that advised check in was at the club 700 metres away. Went and got the keys came back to room and keys didn’t work. Rang to organise new keys and 15 mins later new keys arrive. Finally get in to room and want to make a coffee …..no milk. Ring the office again and someone delivered a short time later. If you are going to charge top dollar I think it warrants better service than this.

Rooms are very clean and spacious, unfortunately the restaurant and breakfast areas are located in another location 500m up the road. This also means that check in or other requirements are also off site.

On arrival we went to check in and no one was available to check us in . After looking around we found a small note on the entrance door to the golf centre with a phoner number to phone. We phoned the number the person was was not very helpful with directions on where we had to go to sign in and collection of room key. Not being familiar with the area made this more difficult. They should of sent an email advising change of location to check in.

It’s a nice clean and reasonably modern place to stay. Staff on check in and out were very pleasant. The room and bed were great especially the double shower in the bathroom. Only complaints are that the fridge is tiny and has no freezer. It is also worth noting that the restaurant/function centre is not actually open. Dining etc is at The Sporties

Nice property and rooms. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Block out blinds work well to keep the room dark. We were in room 4 and there was a Electrical noise outside our room That clicked on and off all night which kept my partner awake. Not sure if from the vending machine or server box or something? Other than that we couldn’t fault this place. Breakfast was really good and included in the price (you get to pick something from the breakfast menu).

My room did not have facilities like a microwave to cook tea or a cooktop.The Bar fridge was not cold enough,but the main thing that dissapointed me was that most of the rooms with balconies and views of the golf course were vacant,and I was placed in a room with no view at all,and the room was quite dark .It woiuld have been nice to have a view.
