Hotel Faranda Express Puerta Del Sol Barranquilla, A Member of Radisson Individuals
Been trying to contact the hotel for months before the stay and no answer. Not Spanish not English not even local friends could get in touch. Make the no refund feel like a scam when you have no contact whatsoever with the hotel especially in another country.

HOTEL DORADO BAQ
Hotel never found my reservation. I had confirmation from hotels.com. After long flight, i needed place to relax, but ran into issue of not having a room in new place. Spent hour on phone with Hotels.com agent to rebook in an another hotel.
