Nossa experiência na Pousada Rancho do Buna foi bastante positiva, especialmente pelo atendimento da equipe. Todos são extremamente atenciosos, receptivos e conhecem muito bem a região, oferecendo excelentes orientações sobre os passeios e os principais atrativos turísticos, o que faz toda a diferença na estadia. O café da manhã é um dos grandes destaques: variado, bem servido e de ótima qualidade. Como ponto de melhoria, a estrutura da pousada merece alguns investimentos, principalmente nos quartos e banheiros, que já demonstram necessidade de modernização e manutenção. Os jardins e o mobiliário das áreas externas também poderiam receber mais cuidados, tornando os ambientes ainda mais agradáveis e acolhedores. A Pousada é muito aconchegante, silenciosa e confortável. Equipe simpática e atenciosa. Café da Manhã muito gostoso. Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, escuro bom pra dormir, frigobar no quarto, ar condicionado. Áre da Pousada é muito agradável. A nota poderia ter sido máxima, mas vou ressaltar alguns pontos que necessitam de atenção e/ou reparo: o banheiro não tem box, nem cortina, molhando desnecessariamente o banheiro, podendo haver risco de escorregar. A ducha do chuveiro estava com mais furos obstruídos do que saindo água, deixando a ducha espalhada, com pouco volume de água e piorando a situação de molhar o banheiro.

Rancho do Buna é um lugar muito tranquilo com vários animais na pousada. Uma graça. Café da manhã bem gostoso. Os funcionários nos atenderam super bem e a o lugar é bem localizado em Atins. Anda uns 15 minutos até a praia e da rua principal é uns 5 minutos. Recomento a estadia e da próxima vez já quero estar aqui novamente

Atendimento e equipe de funcionários excelente. Todos muito solícitos tanto no trato direto com o hóspede, quanto no auxílio com dicas e informações sobre passeios e outras atividades. Foi uma experiência ruim. O chuveiro nao esquentava e o vaso não funcionava. Ao solicitar reparo nada fizeram e informaram que nada podia ser feito porque todos os quartos estavam ocupados. Também nao realizam a limpeza ou sequer arrumação dos quartos diariamente. E por fim não tem uma boa localização por ser mais distante além de um café bem básico. Isso ai dá releva mas is problemas do banheiro tornaram a estadia desagradável.

Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos e nunca tivemos problema em contatá-los via whatsapp. A pousada em si é mais rústica do que as fotos sugerem. Os quartos só têm janela de madeira que bloqueia a luz completamente; ou seja, ou se liga o ar condicionado ou se tem luminosidade. A luz do teto em si era bem fraquinha e o banheiro do quarto deixou a desejar, sobretudo pq o chuveiro quase não tinha pressão .

Boa, porém precisa de melhorias!

Atendimento bom, funcionários esforçados, porém o quarto que ficamos deixa a desejar no sentido da claridade que parte nos espaços entre janelas e porta, banheiro sem box nem cortina, falta de ducha higiênica no banheiro, e a solicitação de uma cama ou colchão de solteiro no quarto que estávamos que não fomos atendidos.

Wonderful pousada, great, smiling and helpful staff, excellent cook. Verynice bungalows, surrounded by a beautiful nature and great animals. Spending time in the lagoas and dunes is amazing. Also great place for kitesurfing. Thanks to everyone of the pousada!
