"Excellent accueil, la personne à l’accueil - très sympathique - nous a proposé de modifier les chambres afin qu’elles soient sur le même étage. Repas corrects mais la climatisation au restaurant est trop forte. La piscine n’est pas aussi grande que ce que suggèrent les photos. Emplacement s’est révélé assez loin des centres d’intérêt de Sao Luis. Plus in hôtel 4* qu’un 5."

"The place needs lots of renovations. It’s an old building. The bed had no cover, just the sheet. The towels were very thin and there were no hand towels, just one towel per guest. The TV is old and needs to be reset every time you use it. There is no restaurant available just the breakfast in the morning l, which was excellent, lots of options. I needed ice one night and the hotel staff told me there was none! I would not recommend this place."

"Great place, good kitchen and staff is so helpful! You can dine till 10 pm and great breakfast is included! Location is ok. Parking is safe, pool is nice but not too large. The bathrooms are small but clean. The room is small but functional. Enjoyed our stay and would go again!"

"The hotel has good bones, but needs a renovation. Staff is great, service is really wonderful! The room is really large and has good accommodation, but is in much need of a paint job and change in tiles. Everything worked. Has 110V"

"This is the best place to stay in Santo Amaro! The staff is amazing (say hi to Flavia, she's a gem!), the food is delicious, and the property is incredible. Great pool and lots of family-friendly and kid-friendly activities. And it's super close to the Lencois, making it a great base for anyone visiting them several days in a row."

"At check in nobody helps with luggage or anything,during the night we have a issue and the whole property has no water ,the next day when the water returns our unit has no hot water,was a mess,unfortunately we had a really bad experience,,we don’t know if we ever will return to these property…."
