"Terrible business I booked the room for same night and it was after midnight so they wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm. I had been driving for 6 hrs and just needed to sleep. They also refused to let hotels refund me. Terrible business guy was rude also."

"Great place to stay. I booked through Expedia and used my points. Check in the Gentleman was very nice. Breakfast was good. Room and place very clean. They were doing some construction and the didn’t effect me. A couple of things I would like to mention. I booked the room after 12pm at night so chances are it wouldn’t have been used. I would not have paid over $220 +tax to stay. I couldn’t get my Hilton rewards because I booked with a third party like I was doing something evil! That left sour taste in my mouth. They should mention that the Hotel is under construction. That might be a big deterrent for some families. I still gave 5 and 4 stars but these things should be considered by the corporation. "
