Foi uma noite de tortura !

O quarto do lado estava com uma Tv no último volume era como se tivesse dentro do meu quarto. Foi torturante. As 3 da manhã não aguentei desci e pedi ajuda para o moço da recepção ele prontamente foi até lá resolver isso ! Eu pedi um quarto para cadeirante não fui atendida . Minha mãe teve risco de cair por não ter ter nada de acessibilidade. Banheiro pequeno e com degrau grande para entrar no chuveiro .

Otimo custo benefício em Barretos

Hotel novo e bem localizada perto de uma Churrascaria incrível. Academia ainda está precaria com poucos equipamentos e espaço. Agora oferecer água em lata somente e a quase 10 reais beira o ridiculo!

Simplório e sujo

Serviço de recepção desatencioso, carpetes nos corredores com cheiro de umidade e mofo. O café da manhã estava horroroso, faltavam reposições de alimentos, máquina de café não funcionava e o espaço muito sujo no geral. Mesas sujas, o piso parece que não via vassoura e pano de chão há semanas.
