"we had a great experience staying here! upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. our first room had a couple of issues with the tv and fridge, but the staff handled it right away and moved us to a new room where everything worked perfectly. really appreciated the quick response and friendly service. would definitely stay here again! "Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and personable. Our room was excellent: slept well in the comfortable bed, great view from room, loved the big bathtub, and the kitchenette was very useful to keep costs down. We also really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! I just would have liked to have a bathrobe and the front path was a little slippery to walk."
