"Well I love this property always fantastic however as I was blowing drying my hair (with the hair dryer that’s provided in room) it literally blew up a big pow and smoking really bad and the stench was disgusting I’m pretty sure I had a heart attack lol obviously wasn’t expecting this to happen other than that it was a fantastic stay as usual I did tell the front desk when I was checking out and he said that would look into it so to future guests be careful when using the provided hair dryers...

"We stayed here this past week for a family wedding and had such a great experience. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We unfortunately had a bit of an unexpected situation with a flood during our stay, and the way the team handled it was amazing! so accommodating and quick to help. Truly made a stressful moment so much easier. And the breakfast was so good, such a great start to each day. Thank you for going above and beyond!"

"The website and descriptions were deceiving. We got The Queen sweet, the pictures made it look much bigger and cleaner. The "free continental breakfast" did not include hot food, it costs extra to include any eggs, bacon or sausage. Room service did not remake the bed, or fill any toiletries or soap dispensers. The jacuzzi was dirty around all the jets and the room smelled as though the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time. Other than that it was a good location for an affordable...

"My daughter and I stayed here before her tumbling competition and it was a fantastic stay. The location is 10/10, amenities are great, and beds and pillows are comfy! Bonus - the rooms were fairly soundproof/hotel was quiet as we didn’t hear anything coming from the hall and we were just off the elevators. Would stay here again!"
