"Typically I would read reviews of others experience, it just so happened that in this case I did not, as the pictures looked so satisfying. My actual experience was far from this. I arrived to the hotel after a late night flight, the first staff member was helpful in getting me checked in. "100 % recomendado, la atención de Laura es de otro nivel y te hace sentir como en casa. Está a unos 5-7 min caminando de la playa principal y los desayunos son deliciosos! "El servicio al cliente fue excelente, excepto el Spa. Ayer fuimos 4 personas ( buenos clientes) pero el personal no fue amable, no saluda, mi masaje no se si fue muscular o de relajación. Se acabo el masaje, ofrecieron el turco o el sauna, pero ni siquiera alguien me dijo donde era. Hoy preferimos ir al Hilton para los masajes. Un poco mas caro, pero la atención fue mucho mejor del cielo a la tierra"

"A première vue l’endroit n’est pas très attirant. Mais une fois installé, nous sommes en mesure d’apprécier les infrastructures de l’hôtel. La piscine est très agréable et la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. C’était un peu bruyant le jour étant donné la construction juste à côté de l’hôtel. Bien que l’endroit est pratique si l’on cherche près de l’aéroport, on entend bien le passage de chaque arrivée et départ des avions.
Le personnel était très sympa et attentif à nos besoins. "

"This place is a gem! Absolutely worth it. Beach just a short walk away in a quiet neighborhood supermarket on the side, short distance to Rodadero beach too. There’s a local breakfast place on the corner they sell very good arepas and fresh juices, also tours. The owner Havi and the guide Ivan, good prices and service. We also ate at Beer Gardens it was nice. Definitely will recommend this spot to everyone traveling to Santa Marta "
