"My husband and I stayed for 4 weeknights in May 2026 on vacation and found the CasaBlanca to be good value for the comfort of the room, the hotel amenities, and beautiful decor throughout. We made frequent use of the free coffee and filtered water in the lobby, and spent every evening in the rooftop hot tubs. We didn't find the stone baths as fun, but also a cool perk. "The place needs a complete update. The room was dark and unwelcoming, the bed was flat and the blanket was old, the place overlooking the water is in need of repairs. We left and went to another hotel. "

"Hotel was close to everything and was as advertised, but we were unable to get a good nights sleep due to all the street noise. Doors and windows did not close securely and did nothing to mute the noise from the street. Hotel should do a better job to upgrade windows and baloney doors to help.mute street noise."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel initially,  the property itself was great and I genuinely enjoyed my experience while I was there. Unfortunately, things completely changed after checkout when I was unexpectedly charged a smoking fee despite the fact that I do not smoke and never smoked let alone smoked in the room. "We liked the property it’s in a great location and the staff helped us with most of our needs. A few parts of the property were not up to my expectations though. The hot tub wasn’t hot, in fact it was as cold as the pool, until the last day of our stay! The water in the room was also quite bipolar, going from burning hot to freezing without touching a thing! We also tried to dry a load of DAMP laundry and it came out wetter than when we put it in. We told the front desk and they gave us another...

"AC 10 out of 10 it surprised me because I thought it was going to be hot. Location is great, walking distance to the heart of old San Juan. I loved it!"

"The sheets were dirty and had hair on it yuck, I called for housekeeping to change them. Bracelet went missing but couldn’t prove it was taken. The breakfast was terrible literally microwave eggs. Staff was not welcoming (other than hernando he was great).. it was a cute small motel but the bedding & bracelet really disappointed me."
