"Upon arrival to my first time in PR, i can say that the room was very clean and well organized. Air conditioning worked amazing and i like how it has a 65” screen right in front of the bed, not like other places that have very small TV’s. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Buoy, if i have the opportunity to go again to PR i will booked the same room. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very calmed neighborhood at night."

"The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! "The property inside is as shown in the pictures. The outside looks like a regular city ie. NY or Downtown LA. Lots of drug addicts in the area which can create a problem with safety. The water in the bathroom did not work correctly. The shower was either cold or when it got hot for 5 minutes provided scolding hot water. The kitchen stove had to be lit with a match every time. The washing machine did not wash clothes correctly."

"Excelente locacion a solo 15min del viejo San juan, Muy cerca de la autopista y muy tranquilo para descansar y dormir, A los ninos les encanto las areas comunes, La maquina de hielo fue lo mejor junto con las sombrillas! definitivamente volveremos !"
