Hotel dekat Barter Theatre

"Good clean room for the stay."

"Had bugs in the room. Breakfast would be better if it had any protein. The people above us were rolling their chair, sounded like a motorcycle."

"Perfectly located in town. Easy self checkin. Comfortable and clean. We had a great stay."

"Nice"

"Our stay was most enjoyable. Accomodations were great. Coffee 24/7! Our hosts were friendly. The downtown location allowed us access to a grocery store, eateries, souvenirs, etc. We will return."

"Location was excellent, room was clean and spacious, food was delicious both dinner in the restaurant and complimentary breakfast. I would definitely return if in the area."

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Good value for the price, but it's right next to the highway so the noise was awful. I expected them to have some noise mitigation measures in place, but there were none."

"The mattress on the bed was excellent, though the pillows could be better. The interior spaces were full of a huge array of fine antiques. The exterior spaces are under construction or in need of maintenance. Breakfast was a true Southern experience and a good fit if you are planning to bike the Virginia Creeper. The bathrooms are shared among the guests with the exception of the Honeymoon Suite, which is huge. The estate is minutes from the trail and the outfitters who support bikers and...

"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."

"Pretty good value"

"We had the Presidents Suite on the 10th floor. No issues with the room except to say the traffic noise from the highway was a little loud. Overall a great stay.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Clean room and well maintained grounds. There is a restaurant downstairs that has evening and breakfast service. We will reserve a room here again if we are in the area."

"Kelly of the housekeeping staff really went above and beyond in helping us find a stepstool solution so my wife could get back up into our truck. Kelly also helped get her wheelchair into the room. Otherwise, our Accessible room was very clean, but didn't have a single USB outlet -- understandable with an older facility, but disappointing. The breakfast was pretty minimal (no fruit, the few pastries were somewhat stale, etc.), we had to find the coffee and make a new pot (staff nowhere to be...

"There was rat poop in between our bedsheets. The tub was dirty, like if someone just got out of the tub and left it they tried to give us another room. The adjoining door would not lock, but they thought that they could put a chair in front of the door to hold it shut. People are living in the hotel one couple said that they were in between places to live so they were staying there for a while. It was absolutely disgusting. The outside looked abandoned. The whole experience at this hotel was the...
