"Excellent customer service"
Holiday Inn Austin North Round Rock by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Decent hotel stay near lots of restaurants. It took a while to get assistance when arriving for check-in. Breakfast was just okay; a lot of "advertised" items were not available. Although the prepaid rate is cheaper than the "$10/person" rate, the front desk staff member did not even pay attention to guests going to breakfast. Seemed like anyone could just get breakfast without paying. The options were limited and low quality as well. Not sure I would stay here again, as there are other nicer hotels in the area."

"Would be better if there were coffee makers in the room. So you would not have to go all the way to the lobby to get coffee in the morning."
