"AMAZING"

"We felt like the hotel was pretty lackluster. The downstairs area was decorated and maintained well--the same can't be said for the guest rooms. The decor was quite dated and the Italian influence was heavy-handed. The bed and bedding were adequate, but not very comfortable. The strangest aspect was the louvered doors in the bathroom. It essentially left you no privacy if you were sharing the room. I feel like the hotel was aiming for an elegant and upscale feel that they did not attain."

"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. "Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes."

"The staff was impeccable. The room was beautiful: clean, spacious, well stocked with everything needed (just like a home). The only complaint I would make is that there was a lighting issue. The lights from various units were somehow connected together. Practically this meant if the person next door turned their lights/fan on/off it would also turn my lights on/off. "This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...
