"Amenities: Broken but addressed by maintenance the following morning: toilet seat, refrigerator. Room annoyances: Fire alarm at 6:50 AM and 11:52AM, air conditioning not working. Staff: On Monday around 7pm, staff told me repeatedly I would be able to extend. To be safe, I made a booking at the sister property (in the same building). "Worst experience ever. Don’t be fooled by the Ramada name,it’s at best a one star hotel. No air conditioning at all, it was 30 degrees in June and they provided a single desk fan for five of us. We asked for an additional fan and they refused our request. After asking again in 24 hours time they gave us one more fan. There is no sink in the toilet area so have to take dirty hands into bedroom for washing. We asked for the sheets to be changed, they just did the bed sheets and we were forced to...
