"The hotel i in the heart of old town. It’s a beautifully renovated hotel. Unfortunately there was construction right across a narrow Street from our room. We had a car and it was very difficult to get to the hotel. At nights it was hard to get a taxi to come to the hotel or to get dropped off at the hotel. The hotel did offer us help parking the car but later we found out that they charged a valet service fee that was not discussed prior. We booked a room with breakfast and they charged us...

"It was very overpriced for a tiny hotel and very plain hotel room with a bath/shower that was old and discolored yellow. Needs a serious upgrade especially for the price."

"This is a beautiful hotel set in the heart of the old town. From arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay was handled effortlessly. From the sun hats in our room to the sun cream on the roof terrace, everything had been thought through to ensure a very easy, restful stay. Many thanks to Veronica on the front desk for her assistance and warm welcome. I would not hesitate to return here the next time I visit Palma."

"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"This was the perfect stay in Palma! A beautiful quiet street close to everything with incredible staff and very modern and comfortable rooms. I had a room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was perfect. The rooftop was a nice escape as well. The staff was 100/10. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who worked the front desk. Amazing advice and impeccable service."

"Buena ubicación para caminar al centro de Palma, el personal en la recepción, todos muy amables y ayudan a resolver situaciones de turista, como solicitar un taxi, orientación para caminar la ciudad, sitios donde comer, etc. El baño, muy limpio, el perchero para las toallas, malo, inestable. El servicio del restaurante y su menú bueno y a buen precio."
