"The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

This is more of an Airbnb type of accommodation with no registration or service staff, but it’s very easy to access the room via code, and there are only a handful of other rooms. "Sandra at the front desk was an absolutely fabulous person. She had the answers to all my questions and was so warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and fresh every morning. And the young man and young lady (on Saturday) had smiles on their faces which is refreshing in the morning. Go to the 3rd floor for an unforgettable view. And I almost forgotvto mention my room was spotless and super clean. Thank you"

Alles ist alt, Wände teilweise brüchig und kaputt, bis auf neue Kommoden und Fernseher, ist nichts auf dem Neusten Stand. Das Wlan hat nur in der Lobby funktioniert, im Zimmer gar nicht. "Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"
