"Many homeless people behind the building- door didn’t lock properly."

"There was 4 of us in a 2 beds room and they charged me extra $40.00. There was only 2 towels in the room and when I requested extra towels, our request was ignored. Management is terrible. Weddings were not fresh and they reused bedsheets from previous guess. I really want a refund of my stay."

There was an abandoned hotel next-door, They were staying in. Hotel was loud, and very crowded with people walking up and down the aisles, and playing music in the parking lot."

"Originally I had been at another hotel in the Newark area. I was about to go back to my home but ended up having other circumstances that were essential for me to have to extend my stay. I had hoped to get another reservation at my my previous hotel but they didn't have any vacancies for Saturday. Frantically I then began looking for a reasonable hotel close by, as I stumbled on this hotel because of the affordability and an even better access to my needs location wise. "The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay"
