"Lorenzo and Giacomo were the perfect hosts! We arrived on foot from the Siena train station at their beautiful oasis just outside the city walls, and were grateful to spend 4 nights in September 2026. Many people who stay here seem to have cars as they offer great parking just outside of Siena which has traffic limited zones. Palazzo di Valli was our home base to explore Tuscany. Highlights included visiting San Gimignano, hiking sections of the Via Francigena, and learning about Italian wines...

There is no feeling the staff are there to look after you - just a list of what you will be charged if you do anything wrong g. Nit value for money"
