"The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."

"Wir haben das Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht weil wir auf der Durchreise waren und uns mit 2 Kleinkindern erholen wollten. Leider waren die Fenster undicht, sodass wir die Außenlautstärke 1:1 im Zimmer hatten. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war im Hinterhof leider ein lautstarkes Party bis Nachts 2 Uhr weshalb wir überhaupt nicht schlafen konnten. Unser Aufenthalt war leider deshalb eine reinste Katastrophe. Auf Ansprechen am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption, haben wir nur ein Tut uns leid bekommen und...
