"Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola. Check in was seemless. Location was superb! Right outside our door was breakfast every morning and all the shops. He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area. "The hotel was clean and in a great spot in regard to access to the lake and public transport. The staff were lovely with flora and her dog biggie being the highlight of our stay. The warm welcome we got from them when we returned to the hotel at night ended each day on a positive note.
