"This was my first trip to the Philippines in Makati City and Y2 Residence went above and beyond my expectations during my stay. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful, and I loved chatting with all of them everyday. The restaurant in the lobby is great for convenience for the breakfast meal. All the Housekeeping staff was friendly and able to assist other needs on short notice. I don’t remember all the names of the staff but the ladies at the front desk, Mia, Angel,...
