The pictures online look different than the actual property and place. The place seems a bit run down. The furniture and fixtures were all older. But it was a warm relief to be there on a snowy night.

Room was disgusting and I dont scare easily. I always check for b-bugs and I am glad I did. The mattress was filthy, stains and moldy smelling, with some suspicious brown shell like pieces in the cracks and duvet seams. I changed rooms and although the mattress was cleaner, the sheets and duvet were stained. The hotel itself is internally in poor shape. I dont think the owners / manager care much. Both rooms had empty soap dispensers. Breakfast was ok. Front staff were pleasant.

Floors were torn up. 3 entrances were closed off. We kept having to change how we got in. Staff was rude. Breakfast was till 9:30 but they stopped making eggs and sausage at 8:15. NYS police there one night to stop a fight. Really awful experience.

Llegué a hacer check in la Señora de front desk con mala actitud, repugnancia y malos tratos! En habitación no pasaron vacuum en el baño solo toallas para 2 cuando es una habitación para 4 personas no fui a donde la señora a quejarme ya que andábamos con niños y ella es una malcriada fui a pedir vasos ya que llegamos a comer y en la habitación solo había la hielera y me sale con actitud diciendo que acabo de llegar y ya estoy pidiendo cosas, muy mal y feo de su parte ya que Yo estoy pagando para alojarme para que mis niños disfruten una tarde en la piscina y esta señora daña el ambiente con su mal comportamiento desayuno no hay varíedad. Realmente me quedé ahí y no miré antes los reviews si los hubiese leído no me hubiera instalado mis planes eran hospedarme en el hotel que está alado pero este tenía la piscina en construcción y no quería virar a casa sin que mis niños disfrutaran de la piscina salimos de la piscina antes de las 8 ya que la señora con actitud dijo. Que cerraba alas 9 en punto. En la mañana había una señora muy amable .. el hotel no es malo la realidad es el personal que nos atendió quien hizo incómoda y desagradable la estancia debería ser menos agresiva y pensar antes de hablar. da un pésimo servício .

When we arrived a few hours ago to check-in, our hotel said they had received no confirmation from Expedia that i has this or any reservation. I could not get through to Expedia other than virtually but the virtual agent would only send me another confirmation. In the end I had to pay the hotel directly for the night stay and i tried to cancel the reservation with Expedia who I paid in full for the night in advance. The front desk lady was nice and upfront with us warning us saying itsb going to be loud here because of a hockey team here. We got stuck on a floor with the whole entire hockey team of kids. They were blocking the hallway with all their hockey gear and playing hockey! We were on the phone with our daughter and she could hear all the noise from the hallway! Just trying to get to our room was frustrating the kids wouldn’t move and the parents just sat there and said nothing! The kids were knocking on the door banging their hockey sticks on their door! They were yelling and screaming why the irresponsible parents were just standing there! The parents and kids were disrespectful

The King suite was very clean and it was a great space to have traveling with 2 dogs. Will definitely stay there again. There was a slight problem with the receptionist upon check in as she said my payment with Expedia did not go through even though I showed my paid receipt. However, by the next morning all was fine.
