Property was in a great location with large pool and direct access to ocean. Great music and DJ. The restaurant adjacent was excellent. The rooms were updated well with a great view. However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time. Even then, It was barely cleaned and not cleaned during our stay. We even had to go to front desk twice to request toilet paper and towels as they did not answer when we called reception desk. I think they could be a really great resort but they need more training and quality service to be called a resort. The location and view was the best part.

Bad smell from sewage system in bathroom, reception uncontactable, no place to put your clothes, tips to get water, tea bags, cups, even the man in the gate when you pass by , if you don't no service at all and your holiday is ruined .NEVER AGAIN.

Worst experience I’ve had!

This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in the hotel. At check in they gave us the room key, we arrive to the room and the door is open and room not ready with dirty sheets piled up on the bed and dirty towels. Then what’s worse is that at checkout they charged us $20 for dirty towels because they had makeup on them?! Never heard of this one before
