"A great place to stay a little ways from the public transportation."

"Air conditioning was not working properly and due to summer rooms get really hot. Staff were very helpful and location was well suited close to public transport. There were grocery store, cafe, and zoo."

"The room was on ground floor, with a lot of noise of the students outside. I spotted 2 bugs in the room (kitchen and bathroom). The room quality was fine but these were the minuses. The people were lovely in the reception."

"Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit"

"Loved the hotel and location"

"This is our third time at the Living Hotel. WE LOVE IT! And it has truly become our home away from home. The location in Sachsenhausen is conveniently located near museums, restaurants and a main train station (Frankfurt/Main Süd), allowing you to get anywhere you want quickly and easily but off the beaten path, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I strongly recommend a package that gives you breakfast, which is incredible. We filled up for most of the day. Great variety and accommodating...

"The breakfast was very poor and was full of people. The hotel staff claimed they had never heard of the alb card for transportation and put up a terrible attitude when we tried seeking assistance with logistics. The hotel rooms were extremely small and did not even include a bottle of water. Location of the property was very good."

"In person, the staff were friendly, and helpful. But when communicating through email, they are quite unresponsive. Our family rooms were excellent. Two separate rooms, with our own private hallway. Location was very convenient in the Westend (financial district). We had international cuisines nightly - Japanese: Earth Tokyo (superb ramen). Chinese: 老成都 Szechuan, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese. Shopping area in Goethestraße. Close to Frankfurt airport. Parking, even though is attached to the...
