"The guy at the front desk let me go through the check in process and it wasn't until after he had processed my credit card that he informed me that the air conditioning wasn't working. I requested a refund and never got the full refund back. What a scam.... pathetic."

It is an absolutely beautiful hotel, right downtown so everything is walkable, the staff were amazing, beds were comfy, shower was wonderful. It was really such a great experience. "We felt so welcomed to this beautiful and cozy bed and breakfast! The innkeeper, Sharon, was so warm and helpful! The decor was gorgeous and the main areas and room, so clean! "La persona que nos atendió al llegar muy grosera e indispuesta. Es un hotel que por una noche está bien, las camas son cómodas. Lo escogí especialmente por la piscina y el jacuzzi que se ve en las fotos; la piscina es helada, no nos pudimos meter y el jacuzzi nos dijeron que ya no funcionaba nunca más. El desayuno también puede mejorar. Definitivamente buscaría otra opción de hotel la próxima."
